Frequently Asked Questions

Photos should be at least 1MB and not more than 5MB to allow for a great quality image. Photos in the puzzle are large--4x6 or bigger, depending on the template, so you need a high quality image. Most cellphones take photos using at least 1MB. Scanned photos are ok as long as they are of high quality. 

You have many options and each template is different. All personalization is optional so if you do not wish to include a certain option, just leave it blank.

Order early! This is a process and we are a small company.

Once your order is received we will go to work on creating a proof for you. You will recieve the completed proof via your email in 1-2 days. Your puzzle will be created and shipped 5-7 business days after you approve your proof. 

As each puzzle is made just for you, we are not able to accept returns. You will be asked for approval before the puzzle is made to ensure that it looks exactly how you want it. We stand by our quailty--if there is a quality issue with the puzzle we will work hard to fix it and get you the great puzzle you deserve!

No! Puzzles fit snugly into a 12x12 frame without having to be glued to anything. That way you can take it out and do it again anytime you want.
